Founder and CEO Critical Edge Inc.

Utilizing his 16 years experience in the technology industry, Michael brings unsurpassed customer service skills, expertise in the technology field and the ability to listen to the client’s needs and offer solutions that fit their business requirements. Prior to starting Critical Edge Tech, Michael was the Manager of Network Infrastructure & Help Desk for Gategourmet Division Americas in Memphis, TN. GGI is a world leader in airline caterer based in Zurich, Switzerland. Through Critical Edge Tech, Michael and his staff bring over 40 years of combined experience to help our clients meet their information technology needs.

Michael is married to his lovely wife, Jamie and they enjoy time with their wonderful children.
