I bought a pocket watch for my dad for Christmas that I wanted engraved. I called a few places. Things Remembered wanted to charge me $ 21 to engrave four words! I called T & D and the woman said to bring it by the next day to see if it could be engraved. I was there around 2:00 the next day. She took my name and phone number and said the engraver would be back around 5:00 and if he had any problems, he’d call me. They did it in a few days and for less than half the price as Things Remembered! It was exactly what I wanted and my dad loved it! Great customer service and great service!

So far so good, this will be a review in progress… I dropped off a couple things that I wanted turned into a Fantasy Football trophy. They were non-​traditional parts for a trophy and they were eager to help me get the perfect trophy. I dropped it off a little over a week ago and can’t wait to see what they come back with. The girl behind the counter was super nice and overly helpful. She showed me options to keep cost down and helped with a few ideas of her own that were good. I am very excited and hope to amend this review and give the another star.
