I called to place an order for a floral delivery. I explained what I wanted and where I wanted it delivered. They gave me a florists name and phone number close to the destination of the delivery address, saving me $ 7.50! I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will definately order from them when needed in the Joliet vacinity! Thank you, Lisa, and Palmer Florists!

I live in Los Angeles, but wanted to send my mom flowers for her birthday. I picked Palmer somewhat randomly, somewhat because they took online orders. I’ve have mixed experiences in the past with FTD & 1800Flowers.
I was really happy with Palmer. They delivered my mom a wonderful bouquet that she loved. And here’s the kicker: Whereas flowers I’d order in the past would be mostly dead by now (~2 weeks later), the ones we got from Palmer still look great!
I’m bookmarking them as my «go to» florist in the area.

The staff is not only super– friendly, but they are also really helpful when you don’t know quite what you need, only that you need «something for someone»…I have used Palmer House Joliet for over 30 years for weddings, funerals, holidays, birthdays, etc.
