Just called to set up an appointment and the girl who took my call should NOT be taking calls. She was distracted the entire time during our conversation and not acknowledging my questions. Unable to make an appointment convenient to my work schedule.

Very professional office. New location is on Infantry and is gorgeous, modern, and very up to date. Surprised to see that in Joliet. Dr. Rassouli was very thorough, patient, and, easy to understand. If you have eye problems… Go there.
