This place has good food but the last two times I have ordered from them they have add stuff on that I did not ask for. Also took over a week to get the charges reversed after several claims by personnel that no such problem occurred. Think I’m going to pick up only and pay in cash so no bs with my card.

Great food and the owner appreciates your business. I stopped in to get 2 sandwiches for my gf and myself. They only had enough Italian beef for one. The owner was sorry and polite about it so I was okay with substituting with something else. When the order was ready and I was paying my bill, the owner told me that he included 2 slices of pizza on the house for the trouble. WOW… so many businesses could learn from this guys treatment of customers. Thankyou Klems!

How do i give zero stars!?. I went to pick up my order and I watched the owner take out the garbage and proceed to take a burger off the steam table with out washing his hands!!! Basic food prep! Standing in total disbelief as I watch this unfold he starts digging in to the cheese bin to make pizzas! Barf I walked out never to return again. I feel bad for the peoe that eat here.

This place is ok for a very local restaurants. With so many major restaurants nearby they are hurting but their food and prices are good. I usually get a giant slice of pizza and a can of pop for $ 3. The pizza is a little sweeter than most other places but it is still good.

This place is terrible. The pizza is bland and doughy and the hot wings are huge, not sauced, and undercooked. Pizza Hut is better than this.

I like this pizza and we’ve been ordering from here for a couple years. So I can’t believe I have to write this. The most recent time I called to order, I wasn’t sure what the difference in 2 sizes were. So I politely asked, and the man on the phone rudely said«What is it that you want? I’m really busy here.» So I said, «Well nevermind, then. Bye.» I don’t know if it was the owner or not because he was very nice the last time we met him.

Their chicken fingers get a 6⁄10 but their pizza was pretty good. I would definitely order from them again. I came in and the place is nice and small and feels homey. I could tell the people there were regulars and came there often.

Pizza was soggy and raw. If they didn’t want to make it ½ hr before close they should have just said that. It wasn’t even worth calling to complain. I’ll just stick with cabanas. Their pizza is waaaaaay better than this slop.

This place is GREAT! Got two x-large pizzas with two garlic knots and two liters of pop for under $ 40. It tastes wonderful! That’s great to begin with but on top of that i am a very small woman and i picked up my order. They helped me to my car. I didn’t even have to ask. I have never experienced that before and i used to work for Dominoes. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Ordered delivery today from here. Good pizza but garlic knots could be better. Fast delivery. They have other things I would like to try next time though. I’ll be back!

BESTPIZZAINJOLIETHANDSDOWN! I’m a super big fan of pizza — who’s not? Seriously will never order from another place again. The sauce was phenomenal and so were the toppings. Not super expensive either. The meat toppings on the pizza were very fresh also.

This is in my regular rotation with Marchelloni’s Pizza as my go-to place for take out. Klem’s is on the cheesier side but it’s very tasty. I prefer Marchelloni’s crust and their bread bites to the knots that Klem’s serves(which are a bit doughy). Still, it’s a great place for pizza delivery.

We have been coming here for a long time and it only keeps getting better and better. U absolutely cannot go wrong with the garlic knots. The pizza is mouthwatering, never burnt, always Cooked perfectly. Not only is the food amazing but everyone that works there, including the owner, are as friendly as can possibly be. Will not be afraid to hold a nice conversation either. Def one of the best pizza places in town.

NOSECURITYFORCREDIT/DEBIT CARDPHONEORDERS. I regularly order from the pizzeria and have had good service and great pizza. I ordered over the phone for my workplace, and when I examined the receipt a bit closer when submitting my expense report, I could not believe that they had actually written ALLOFMYCREDITCARD information on the receipt, in triplicate. Meaning that the girl who takes the order, the pizza guy who delivers and anyone else who has contact with the pizza as well as whatever they do with their copy of the receipt now has my unsecured credit card info. I stopped and spoke with the manager and he was polite, but didn’t really seem to get the issue and kept saying it was a family run business and the delivery person was the owners son. Too bad, good local pizza, but poor protection of client information– not worth the risk.

Pizza was straight out of the oven and delicious, not to mention inexpensive! We will definitely stop in again when we are back in the area. The service was super friendly as well, and they even offered us a free garlic knot to try which was awesome! 5 stars from us :-)

Nice small joint to pick up pizza. It’s quiet at those six corners but theres a lot of room for groups. It’s clean and sits four people inside and a few groups outside. I came here because of Unilocal and looked at their menu before coming in. I picked out what I wanted and had the figure all figured out in my head. I get there and they tell me they haven’t updated the online menus in 3 years. I had to pay alot more than I planned for. Food is good just call before you come in.

Only eaten here three times, but each time It’s just as good. I got thin crust BBQ chicken, then the knots. I also got sausage thin crust on another occasion this place is definitely too notch for me when it comes to good thin crust that’s fresh an crisp

There are two pizza places directly across from each other– Lucano’s & Klems. I wanted Lucano’s & the boy wanted Klems pizza slices. I gave in and went to Klems. Boy I wish I hadn’t. My pizza was soggy as all get out. I hate soggy pizza. I need just a little crispness to my crust, and this was severely lacking. #Short&2ThePoint

My son and I stopped in today for a slice. Service was good, very friendly. Pizza was average. All these private shops in IL put out the same pizza it seems. Bland crust and sauce with the straight part skim mozz. Some provolone or white cheddar wouldn’t hurt. When I opened up the box it looked better than other places but tasted the same. If sauce was better I would have rated higher. The $ 3 slice w/pop deal is good but they need to stop putting the slices on top of one another in the to go carton. Big ol’ mess when u get home.
