This place has the best deals on car repair and parts in all of joliet, crest hill, plainfield, shorewood, and bolingbrook. They are speedy and professional. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and they have never been disappointed. I suggest everyone around joliet goes here to get their car checked on before the weather gets really bad.

Our son’s car died in Jolliet late at night on the way from Grand Rapids, MI to Iowa City, IA. He left it parked it in MacDonalds (they were very kind) and called us. I called Rich at Auto Medics Jolliet first thing the next morning from our home in Rochester, MN and he immediately arranged to have it towed in. Within the hour, Rich called back with the estimate (more than I was hoping, but VERY reasonable considering towing charges) and had it repaired and ready to be picked up 2 hours later. I explained that our son was not going to be able to get back to Jolliet for a week. Rich said no problem, he would drive it inside every night and have it ready to go when he could get there. Even promised to look into an intermittent problem with the starter while it was there. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
