1^st Choice Temporary Service, Inc. was founded 1991 by Jane Condon serving the greater Joliet and Will County areas.

Jane continues to manage 1^st Choice and is an integral, hands-​on manager who leads an experienced and competent team. We desire to make a positive impact on all the businesses and employees we serve. Our talented staffing team is comprised of professionals who are all actively engaged in client and candidate development.
