Don’t eat lunch here! Took 30 minutes to make a tuna sandwich, and it wasn’t crowded.

I would recommend any of the local courses over any of these three courses… not because of the courses but because of the employees and their horrendous attitudes… Starters are extremely discourteous… I have been a member years prior but will never consider that again… I’m sure you might get lucky and have a fine experience but if I have an option, Andrews would not be one of them.

I had a beautiful time with beautiful people. My friends and I were at Andrews to celebrate 40 years of marital bliss. Here are the facts: 1. We were seated in one of the large event rooms with a capacity of about 150. 2. The décor looked dated, throughout the facility. 3. The employees were pleasant and accommodating. 4. The food, which was catered by Andrews was… it could have been at least 85% better. 5. The happy couple was allowed to host and decorate their party. 6. There was a dance floor. No need to ask if I cut a rug, because I slid electrically all over that dance floor(Kanye shrug). 7. They have a game room(I think a little bingo may pop off during the week). 8. The clubhouse is located on a golf course. 8. A koi pond at the entrance, as evidenced by the adjoining picture. 9. Stay ready. There are guards at every entry point, who expect to see your DL. Overall, I had a really good time and was blessed to see 3 generations of a family who loves and cherishes one another.

I’ve played the South course twice now. Each time I play, it is more and more enjoyable. I’d like to know more about the East and West courses.

At Andrews the courses aren’t in the best condition and the quality of the turf isn’t ideal. If you get a ball off the fairway good luck finding it. The rough is really rough and outside of the fairway things aren’t groomed… at all. The driving range is complementary which is great but it’s in REALLY bad shape. Huge sections of turf are missing. There are 2 sets of flags along the edge but anything in between in guess work. There aren’t good targets for 85% of the tees so you really have to aim for a patch of dirt. The driving range also seems to shut down at random times. Sometimes it’s 5pm other days it will be around 7. The times aren’t posted so you may drive there after work and find out they closed early that day. 99% of the problems with the driving range are due to poor management. The one thing Andrews has going for it are the prices. You really can’t beat their $ 20 twilight rate(starting at 4pm) or the free driving range. The price of membership is based on your grade but its VERY economical.

This is the Presidential Course, so what more can I say about it. The grounds are clean. They offer three courses, a driving range, and a country club(which I have not yet tried). I’ve played here three times on the South and the East course. I would recommend the South course for the more experienced golfer. Its not for the rookies! The price is pretty reasonable. Being in the military, the price is directly proportional your rank. The higher rank you are, the higher you pay.

The Courses at Andrews is a fun course to play, at least the East Course. The golf course was in great shape. Can’t wait to go back to try out the South and West Courses.
