Specialties

Trostel’s Greenbriar prides itself in providing the best dining experience in the Metro, with an environment that encourages you to leave your tie at home. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying life, the Greenbriar welcomes you to stop in and indulge. From pizzas and pastas to our signature steaks like the Gunpowder Ribeye and slow-roasted prime rib, we aim to please. Don’t forget our extensive wine selection, sure to please any wine aficionado.

History

Established in 1987.

Trostel’s Greenbriar is an independent restaurant, opened in 1987 by the late Paul Trostel. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, our white tablecloths, linen napkins and fresh flowers on the tables set the perfect mood. Or if you’d prefer more casual dining, we offer pizzas, sandwiches, salads and lighter dishes in our dining rooms or the beautiful mahogany bar and our patio during the summer months. Whether you are wearing blue jeans or a business suit, you’ll feel comfortable at Trostel’s Greenbriar.
