This Ace Hardware has found a very nice balance separating itself from the evil box store feel. When you walk in the staff politely greets you and asks you if you need any help and they give you your space if you need time to look, but always there to help if needed. The selection is great, though the prices cannot compete at all times with the big boys. This is fine by me because the staff here know their stuff, not like other orange or blue places where the associates are invisible or don’t know what a plumb bob means. Free candy to well behaved children is also a plus.
