Funny how you ask for a coffee that’s a medium iced caramel swirl coconut skim milk only they repeat it back to you and give you a coconut coffee with skim … So sad that even when they repeat it they still don’t know what they are doing

You know– Is it really that hard to get a sandwich right? I mean, I know how it can get crazy busy. Especially on the weekends. I’ve worked at a Dunkin donuts as a teen. But it’s Sunday night. There’s no one there. My husband just left there. He ordered 2 sandwiches. TWO! One with no cheese. We have a lactose allergy in the family. The guy at the window took the order correctly. Read it back. Correctly.(He didn’t make it– not his fault I know!) Handed it to my husband(who should know to check before driving off– but hey– he shouldn’t have to!) and wow! Surprise surprise!!! Both sandwiches had cheese. You can’t scrape that off and still eat it. It melts on. Can’t eat any of it. Total waste. Of course we didn’t realize this until we got home. So, instead of getting our money back, I’ll just give you a 1 star to go with the rest of your bad reviews.

this place sucks. I can’t stand anything about it. Whether it’s their overpriced goods, or the fact their line backs up onto a busy main street. Not only does their drive thru line back up and screw traffic on route 14, they have one entrance too many. their easternmost entrance is literally 15 feet from the red light. So, just as you get going through a light, some jackoff coffee drinker turns into the lot with no blinker and messes up traffic for everyone trying to get through the light. It s even worse for cars coming off of comstock parkway as people turning left really don’t actually turn left but drive diagonally into the parking lot causing lots of brake slamming as people assume that they would be driving down the road and not into a parking lot. I feel that if this entrance were closed, people could drive 40 feet more west with no trouble, and it would help the main street traffic near the intersection.

I already am not a big fan of Dunkin Donuts but I go there for the convience. I think they are just over priced in general. BUT that isnt what I am complaining about with this location. I went to the location on Saturday 12÷8÷2012 about 1 in the afternoon. They were not very busy at all and I went through the drive through. The lady/girl that was taking my order was in such a rush I placed my order and gave me a total and I wasn’t even done yet. I told her that I still had more to put on the order and she just started a second ticket. Then when I pulled around she gave me attitude, when I told her that she rushed me and I didn’t appreciate it nothing but attitude and then she was like why are you paying with the same card for the 2 transactions. I was like duh you rushed me and I had to place to orders. My tip for this Dunkin Donuts don’t rush slow down and smell the roses so you can get the orders done correctly

Nice people and food is always good, my coffee is hardly ever messed up. I do however wait forever in line here whether it be inside or in the drive through. I have left several times without ordering because I couldn’t wait in line any longer without being late to work or class.
