If you’re looking for unique ingredients, this is the place. If I had to declare their «specialty,» I’d say Eastern Cuisine and restaurant supplies.
There are aisles full of exotic ingredients. Like 25+ variations of soy sauce (s), 20+ variations of ramen (and similar) noodle packages, several types of Asian food ingredients, and supplies. Lots and lots of supplies.
Need to pick up a thermostat for your industrial oven? This is the place! You can also replace or upgrade your industrial oven, mixer, fryer wells, deli slicer, kitchen and dining utensils, and find that special bamboo cutting board that you’ve been hunting.
Want to make a Miso soup? You’ll have about a dozen starters from which to choose here.

There are so many things here that I’ve only seen here, and would have no idea how to use. But we try new things and this is a place to do that. Exotic fish and Asian-​market type ingredients, spices, oils, sauces, it’s fun to browse and we make it a point to come semi-​regularly.
