James is an honest, expert mechanic and fair in pricing. He has earned all my family’s cars, 12 in all. My brother told me by phone a Caddy dealer in Kingsport said he had a tranny problem and would cost 4 grand to fix it. With 80,000 miles on it I referred him to James who drove it and replaced a front wheel bearing and solved the entire problem. James does not tear up your car for future business on it. He is reliable and other mechanics call him to help solve problems. Forget dealer repairs unless it is under warranty.
