My name is Phil Raines and I am an insurance agent with C. R. Gregory Insurance, Inc. I started my business career with Ernst & Young PLLC after graduating from Liberty University in 1991, and I became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1993. In 1998, I switched gears and became an independent insurance agent. Since 1998 I have been helping people get better insurance protection and save money at the same time. In 2011 I obtained my CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. In November of 2011, I was glad to join the C. R. Gregory team.
