History

Established in 1975.

I am a second-​generation Chiropractor. My Uncle George started his practice in Johnson City in 1937! I started a little bit later in 1975. I have had some very positive influences in my life and my Uncle was one of them. He strived to be his patient’s servant; and that has rubbed off onto me.

Another major influence in my professional life was Dr. Vern Pierce. He was a Pittsburgh Chiropractor who innovated the scanning instrument I use, a major part of the technical spinal analysis I use.

So, with all of those influences I see my role is to serve, learn, teach, encourage and provide the unique, natural help that Chiropractic offers.

I’ve been practicing for over 40 years providing my patients with customized adjustments. I use the following techniques:

Pierce, Gonstead, Cox, Thompson, Palmer Package, and Diversified. The Dermathermograph instrument (DTG) is the system I use to discover, analyze and demonstrate spinal stresses.
