Seabrook Equestrian Center

While vacationing on the neighboring island of Kiawah, I took advantage of the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center. I had a lesson with Charles, their trainer. I learned more in that one lesson than I did in the past year with my previous trainer. He immediately saw what I needed to focus on and made me work. Hard! He is a phenomenal trainer; a true professional. I also did a trail ride with Jenn. It was a great way to see the island. With all the rain they’d had, parts of the trail were under water. The horses were completely unfazed, and Jenn was a master in guiding us. All in all, I would highly recommend Seabrook Equestrian Center.

Great experience! My husband and I hadn’t been horseback riding in years, but the staff and horses were accommodating. We did the beach trail and it was perfect. The staff was nice and the horses were very calm. Highly recommend.

The hubby surprised me and the kids with a horse back riding adventure! The hubby paid for us to do the horseback trail. For $ 70 dollars per person you can get an hour long horse back ride through this cute little island. We signed our waiver forms and choose a helmet than we were off to get our horses. The staff of ladies here were very friendly and helpful! After talking to us for a while they gave us our horse name and then had us mount them. The horses were very easy to guide (compared to other horse back riding places I have been). My daughter has never ridden before and she had an amazing time and no problems on her adult horse. The trail and the experience was well worth the price. I would recommend this activity to anyone visiting the island!
