Whitney & her team were so friendly, inviting & helpful! My first purchase here happened to be my first pair of Louboutins & I am so happy about my purchase! Not only was the price great but they gave honest feedback as I tried on the shoes which I appreciated because it showed me that they weren’t just trying to make a sale. I also liked that they were knowledgeable about different luxury designer products because it gave me confidence that they authenticated all those products. Even before I came into the store they provided excellent customer service via social media & kept me informed about the status of the purchase I wanted to make. Will definitely return!

I always find really cute stuff at this store. A few years ago I bought a suede Chanel bag here and most recently I found some great spring and summer dresses. Whitney is always very helpful.

Every time I have any events I will stop by here to pick my outfit. Always up to date with new fashions in Weekly. I consider Whitney (owner) to be my
Personal Stylist Now. Why pay Retail when you can get the fashion for Less then half ?. They have All the Most popular Brands too .

I can remember my first time walking into Upscale Resale Consignment boutique like it was yesterday 2 ½ years ago. Johns Creek was new to me because
I had just relocated to the area from Brookhaven. Living in Brookhaven for many years you do not recieve a greeting such as hello or bubkas when you enter a shop. Kind of snobish’; depending on where you are. Plus the only high-​end consignment boutique that is located close to thar area I’m aware of is «Labels». Entered once, and never to go again. Enough sad there.
The ownwer, Whitney Harrell, was incredibily professional, and willing to answer any question I had. My first couple of purchases was labels such as Elie Tahari, Charlie Jade, Hudson, a Michele handbag (one-​of-​kind), etc. Noo count, I consign there as well. The boutique offers everything from Channel to Ann Taylor Loft.
The relationship I’ve built with Whitney is beyond describable. Her father is just so sweet and funny. When she is not there because she is out shopping for «NEW» items for the shop (scarves, leggings, jewlery, and more…) he runs that shop like he owns it! Everyone who’s regulars adores him, but respects him as well!
It’s ironic! 2 ½ years later, my shopping includes Upscale Resale Consigment at least once a week. She keeps everyone informed through social media about new arrivals hence my Burberry purse that is my love or specials that are happening! I’m excited to spread the word about Upscale Resale Consigment to my friends and if you’ve never been in; GO! You will not be disapponted.

I do not have appropriate words to describe my experience. I can tell you that I will NEVER. Return and my hope is that fewer people will patronize this shop. I arrived at this store around 5:45pm today, a Friday. I walked in with an open mind, despite some of the negative reviews I read. From the time I entered the store, to the time I left-(about 15 – 20 minutes) my presence was not acknowledged. Call me crazy, but I am of the opinion that customer service is key in sales. How do you expect me to spend my hard earned money on anything in your establishment when you could not even say hello, or can. I help you. I made the decision to look around, despite the fact that it was clear I was not welcomed. Let’s just say– the name Upscale Resale is not appropriate. I saw clothes from Forever 21, Bamboo, Madden Girl and Jessica Simpson. Can someone please tell me when these brands became «upscale»? I refuse to pay $ 15 for a used Forever 21 dress! So I said all of this to say, I was not the least bit impressed by the clothes and shoes offered for sale! I will admit that I saw a few name brand items such as French Connection and Pour La Victoire. The Pour La Victoire shoes were actually priced pretty good $ 11.99– but I refused to purchase ANYTHING! I will take my cash to other establishments that at least greet me when I enter their store. Additionally, another plus is that there was a $ 5.00 rack of clothes and shoes some of the items still had tags on them. My hope is that whoever owns this shop has a training for all employees on the importance of stellar customer service. I will be the first to admit that I will buy something simple because I received amazing customer service! In conclusion, I will not recommend this shop to anyone simply on principle– but if you decide to go– I hope you receive a simple HELLO!

This place is amazing!!! Mid-​range to high end designer fashions for great prices. I always find something when I come in.
Shop owner is friendly and the store is very easy to shop. I have referred several friends here. Once you go, it’s hard not to become a regular, since the inventory is always changing. Fashion addicts beware– you will love it here.

Pretty unimpressed — only saw one item I might try on. There were some label items for cheaper if you’re into Tori Burch and the likes. As for Banana Republic, Loft and such– there is a little bit of that. Friendly staff — just not much in my style (early thirties work clothes or date night stuff).

I love this place, although I ALWAYS end up spending too much money.
My family also loves this place, and I would tell more of my friends, I just have to make sure they are not my size/​wear the same styles as me because I am a greedy selfish girl.
The shop is set up so it is really easy to venture around. The have a great selection of jeans (coming from someone who can never find a pair) and I LOVE their purses/​boots/​and pretty much everything else they carry.
I do not find the owners snobby in the slightest, and I go to my fair share of snobby consignment stores. I actually find them pretty down to earth and the girl that owns it (I think) is young and has a good eye for what sells and what doesn’t.
My only recommendation is that they get a frequent shoppers card so I can go in more often and not feel as guilty for spending all my money.

Not the best prices for your goods, and they don’t take a lot of your goods. Service is ok but a bit snobby.
