Description

Specialties

SarahCare provides senior day and in-home care tailored to fit your aging parent or loved one’s interests and needs.

While your loved one enjoys their day at SarahCare, our center nurses provide the care and monitoring they need on a regular basis. Our centers are staffed with the most qualified Registered and/or Licensed Nurses in the field. They are often specially certified and trained to work with issues related to aging, including Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and are passionate about caring for seniors.

Nursing services that are offered include: medication administration and/or oversight, weights and vitals taken regularly, diabetic care, feeding tubes, dressing changes and more.

History

Established in 1985.

SarahCare was founded by Dr. Merle Griff, a gerontologist with twenty years experience, who could not find the care she wanted for the families she worked with professionally and for her own aging mother as a loving daughter. Her desire to provide families with better care spurred her to create and develop SarahCare Adult Day Centers.

We call our philosophy of care the SarahCare Way. While we pride ourselves on the quality of our care, the SarahCare Way sees beyond your loved one’s needs to understand them as a unique individual. We share in the richness of their personal life and treasure their contribution to the life of our centers.
