Before founding Crave and Lokal in one of the United States’ most discerning culinary destinations — Charleston, SC – Chef Michael Petrillo spent more than 25 years exploring varieties of European and American cuisine.
Chef Petrillo has worked with culinary teams in Europe and as a Restaurant Owner and Executive Chef in different regions of the U.S. and overseas. Some of his recognition includes: Wine Spectator Award and Golden Spoon Awards.
