I’ve been to many Ross locations but this location is my favorite. It’s located off Medlock Bridge Road and McGinnis Ferry Road. This location is the biggest one I’ve been to with a lot of cute dresses. I like wearing dresses to work but in general because it’s easier to put on and I have an unportionable body. Maybe it was a good day for me since compared to the other reviews, it was clean and well organized. Even though the line was long and it was busy, the lines moved really quick and the cashiers were very nice and courteous. I bought a pair of shoes and four dresses. All I have to say is that when I wore them to work, different female co-workers have asked where I got my dresses from. Even my daughter has found great comfortable outfits. I cannot wait to come back.

HOTMESSYETAGAIN! The last two times I have visited this store, it has been a hot mess, I mean just trashed. Clothing was all over the floors, the shoe department was a mess and no one seemed to care. I suspect that there has been a change in management. I spoke with one of the employees there and she acknowledged that there was a problem as she sat in the cluttered shoe department trying out a new bag. I actually thought that she was a fellow shopper until we started talking about the mess and I noticed her blue top and name tag. She seemed fairly nonchalant,(and her lies the problem) about the situation and mentioned that she will be leaving soon for another opportunity. She also mention that the store will be increasing their hours to 11pm each night. This is just ridiculous, they obviously have staffing issues that they need to resolve. They need to have a stable team that is committed to keeping this store clean and organized so that customers will want to return. Although, I still come into the store, my visit is very short and direct. I definitely avoid the messy areas. Ladies if you like cotton t-shirts that are made of soft 100% cotton, with a generous cut and full sleeves, shop the men’s department. I had just grown tired of trying to find comfortable casual shirts for the summer but recently discovered the the shirts in the men’s department are perfect! Just avoid the logos and stick with the solids and cool prints. No one will ever know! Shhhhhh!

This Ross had such a –small– selection of clothing, I was honestly surprised. I’m not sure why, but there were very few Missy & Women’s racks but the Junior’s racks were thick with clothing. There were plenty of dresses to choose from though. I’ve noticed this at a lot of stores lately, they don’t cater to the older women, or the career women, but to the 15 – 23 year olds. I don’t really get it. It’s not like they’re the ones that can actually pay for everything. Oh well. I suppose it’s what sells. I did find a nice blouse that a friend picked out for me and a lovely peacock blue party dress for my holiday needs.

Ok selection, friendlier staff than most locations.
