Deborah Garner at Cedar Creek Real Estate was my realtor for a vacation property rental and I had a very negative experience regarding the whole interaction. Prior to renting the property, I was assured by Deb that the place was acceptable, which it was not. Upon arrival, I found that over a third of the living space was unusable due to mold covering the floors and walls. When I called Deb to ask what could be done, I then began to experience the true lack of professionalism with this realtor. She clearly fulfilled the inactive role of middleman by passing my issues along to the property owner. She never made an attempt to stop by the location (despite it being less than a mile from her office). She never made an attempt to assist me as her customer. (Time had to be spent cleaning the house and money was spent on cleaning supplies and air mattresses to accommodate my family since many bedrooms were not fit for human inhabitants.)
I would strongly recommend you find a realtor who puts her customers first in the event that you encounter any issues.
