Guy was really nice dude, came in the hour he was quoted to come. More importantly, after we dropped the car at the mechanics at midnight, he gave us a ride to the hotel we had to book. Super nice guy!

HORRIBLE customer service — after waiting over an hour of a promised 45 min window for an emergency tow at night, I called the place and the guy there was so rude): I was already frazzled about my car, so was politely asking when the tow driver might be there, as it was getting late and I was alone. The guy on the phone yelled the dirver would get there when he gets there, and then hung up on me! And then when the driver did show up, although he was friendly, he said he was unable to tow my car for a myriad of odd reasons and left. The next company I tried were there in 15 min and towed it right away with no problem. I will not be using K&R again.
