Unfortunately, after several service calls, I still think Joe’s great, but I can’t recommend him as highly. I end up having to return for follow-up’s after most services. It took 3 return visits before the tire pressure monitor sensor light went off after replacing it, the other time he rotated the tires but didn’t rebalance them (?), so at 60mph my steering wheel would vibrate badly. When I go back, he always takes care of things free of charge, but it’d be nice if it was once-​and-​done. Friendliest mechanic I’ve ever met, though.
