UYE: Fox And Crow

Awesome UYE at Fox and Crow — we took the place over! I finally had a chance to try the food, and I can report the veggie burger is really good. I also was glad to see a new cocktail on the menu, a collaboration with Mod cup. Even though we descended on this place like locust, Crystal and the other ladies behind the bar were so nice and fast with the drinks all night! Thanks Vicky for making this UYE happen!!!

This was such a fun UYE! Thanks Vicky for hosting and setting it up and I think Bloss and Salimah also were in on it, so thanks to everyone.
Great group that showed up and those Shy Foxes. I had about 4 and I was done, not to mention a great Six Point beer, thanks Mitch M!
The veggie burger was two thumbs up (i’ll be getting up a review on Fox & Crow soon) and the service from Crystal (the badass bartender with some bombass nails) and company was five stars. On point, handling our crowd with a smile and love.
Such a great spot up in the Heights, may be a contender for one of my favorite JC spots. Very neighborhoody, great music, great service and great customers; very unpretentious.

What an awesome UYE event to attend for my first one!
First of all… can I just say how pleasantly surprised I am that this place exists? Our bartender Crystal gave us great service while juggling the large number of Unilocalers that decided to take over on a Wednesday evening. The other bar tenders also rocked while handling our crowd.
It was so much fun to unwind with my fellow Unilocalers and make some new friends, and I can’t recommend the Mod Fashion cocktail enough! Bulleit, bitters, coffee concentrate from Mod Cup… hello!!! I had two. Two. I think I’m still buzzing.
Since they’re so new, they only serve 4 different cocktails currently and their food menu looks to be just burgers, a crab cake sandwich and a veggie burger for now, but the Old Blue was deelish and helped absorb the buzz from the three cocktails I just had to indulge in (oops!!).
Thank you so much to Vicky L (and anyone else who helped) for organizing this; you did a fantastic job getting everyone together! Great to see so many familiar and new faces for a much needed evening out.
