I was contacted by Kanika about a 6 month contract job in Jacksonville, Florida at ADT Security that was exactly the kind of work I wanted and was a great fit for my experience and education. I loved the job and it was one of the most interesting I’ve ever had. I was paid well and US Tech Solutions health insurance benefit has good coverage for affordable premiums. ADT is working on getting me hired back for another job and hopefully eventually I’ll be full time there. I’m very thankful that Kanika matched me with this job. She’s a very sweet person. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because someone there messed up on their payroll site and ended my contract early.

Just another unprofessional staffing agency where all the recruiters are in India. can’t understand a word they are saying. If you going to call America maybe learn to speak English? they called me about a job that was no where related to my background. they are persistent and will call you 10 times a day

This is another employment agency filled with annoying, useless and unprofessional Indian recruiters with names you cannot even pronounce. What they do is very simple: they specialize in spamming on a large scale. US Tech solutions has 23 locations in the U.S.A. and other offices oversea. The global headquarters are at this location in New Jersey. I have been contacted over the months by a total of 17 recruiters from this location. They typically contacted me by e-​mail or by phone with a job description that is almost always not interesting to me because the job is not related to my background or the job is out of state. I have in many occasions informed the recruiters that what they send me is not interesting and even provided them with a more accurate description of what my background is and geographical area are but it really doesn’t matter because they continue to mass e-​mail me. So far I have been contacted by Pankaj Kumar, Ankit Dhall (3 times), Vijay Pasala, Bala Sudeep, Jane Gulati, Vinay Maharaja, Ajay Bansal, Sachin Choube, Abhishek Singh Pokhariya, Timcy Bansal (2 times), Anirudh Setia, Shiva Sai, Chitrank Rastogi, Umesh Sharma, Nikhil Kasania, Khushbu Sharma and Harpreet Kaur. These clowns must be deaf or they can’t read because you reply to them and the information you provide is clearly not considered. Even worst, they don’t share information internally so you are contacted by another clown for the same opportunity multiple times (even the same day). This only goes on to prove they work in parallel which is extremely inefficient. 4 of them contacted me for the same position 5 times in 4 months and every single time I told them I was not interested. Based on how they work I can only come to the conclusion that dealing with them would be a total waste of time. Don’t deal with these clowns. I hope his business crashes and burns, then goes straight to hell.
