I don’t even know where to begin. I only came in because it’s a three minute drive from my house but I think from now on I will drive a little further. The service here is just disgusting. There was only one person working and she had the nastiest attitude towards every single customer she came in contact with. Had no sense of urgency despite the line wrapping around.

Believe it or not some people still use the post office and this particular post office is one of the slowest ones that I’ve ever been to. While the staff is very nice and very helpful, they are not the quickest on their feet. There is a lady that appears to be homeless that stands outside this post office begging for money and she’s been there for the past three years. Can someone tell this woman to go somewhere else. This is a United States Post Office «for crying out loud»!

Change the staff asap! The two women who dealt with my issue in opening a PO Box were beyond rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. I opened a PO box online and followed all necessary steps for obtaining my box. When I took the paper I was prompted to, with my payment confirmation, they were dumbfounded and didn’t «know what to do.» They were rolling their eyes and arguing with customers. I will never being going to that post office again.

The 0 7 3 0 to the 4!!! Gotta love this zip code. Everything you can think of is within walking distance.
The line is always running smoothly here even during busier hours. They always got 2 friendly clerks working and representin the 7 304 real good might I add.
They removed the mailboxes outside so you gotta drop off your shit in here now. They dont have that one slot for Jersey City mail and the other slot for other destinations anymore, which means you get to choose between 2 slots to drop off your mail, so choose wisely. I used the left slot on my most recent visit and it reached its destination, just thought I’d throw that out.

Growing up I remember my dad sending small packages overseas at the post office after getting my haircut. Im not even sure if the staff back then already retired. But from what I remembered, they were friendly enough, and service was borderline… it can either be a 5 min wait, or 15 min wait depending on the time of the day. But as long as my mail gets sent to the right people, thats all I really care about.

I had good experiences both times I’ve gone here. Once I mailed a huge international package. The other time I had to pick up mail. The clerks were pleasant, helpful, and efficient!

This is the worst place ever. I mean if I ever have to come back to this place I will go postal !!! Sigh honestly. The clerk was not only unhelpful but extremely rude to us.
