My fave gas station in all Jersey City. My car seems to run better if I come here (my friends tell me it’s all in my head.) I’ve been coming to this gas station since I got my drivers permit. The staff are friendly and prompt. The Air pump is always working as well as the vacuum. The air and vacuum self-​service are a little pricier than others but somehow I feel safer there than other places. The store is clean and well stocked.

It is in a convient location but the staff is a whole different story, it’s gets really annoying when you have to repeat your zip code over 3 times because they keep entering it wrong. It is also very aggravating when everyone gets serviced but you, even the cars that came after me got service before me, then you beep the horn to make sure they know you are waiting for gas but they choose to ignore you even more now. Staff always seemed to be a problem at this location, they used to have a guy that asked for tips. I only use shell gas for my vehicle but i only come to this location if i really have no other choice.

This place will never get my business. First I waited for 5 minutes before I honked my horn at the Attendant (who was sitting in the little vestibule on his cell) to let him know that I needed gas. While 1 attendant tended to 6 other people who was also waiting at the pumps. Once I honked my horn he came out angry and said «what the f*ck do YOU want?!» I laughed and said «um gas I think that’s what you sell out these pumps correct?». Then he mumbled something in another language to the attendant and said F that you’re not getting gas. He then came back to my car and said what the f are you still doing here you’re not getting gas! I drove off and called him a derogatory name. I will be calling the manager or owner tomorrow and let them know of this incident and how disrespectful he was. I should have gotten «ghetto» at him and hopped out my car and beat his a** LOL. This is not the first time I had trouble at this station either. I guess it must just be a cesspool of ignorance in that area… and im not bashing jersey city because I lived in there for nearly 10 plus years but this area is quote on quote what i call «ratchet» …
this was more funny to me than anything because i think he got even more mad when i said ummmmm i think you sell gas out these pumps rights? lmao

while i am in no way degrading gas attendants or anyone in that line of work I am just simply pointing out the disrespect that people have. I commend anyone that works outside in the cold/rain.heat but that still does not call for the type of customer service i received.

They got gas. A man pumps it and asks for your zip. Don’t be afraid of the skinny tall man selling newspapers in the morning, he is really nice.

A super convenient location to fuel up. Located at the end of Communipaw, just a simple one stop shop before hitting the road to work.
The gentleman at the pump doesn’t speak the best of english but what does that matter. It gives me the opportunity to brush up on my pointing and grunting skills!
