Sally Limo

I have lived in jersey city for many years. As an institutional salesperson for a large investment bank, I traveled frequently and am often in need of transport to and from the airport. Sally’s Limo was one company that I tried out with and had multiple bad experiences. I believe in trying a limo service at 3x before I completely give up on them. So trust me when I tell you that my experience with them isn’t just reflective of one bad day, but the culmination of many experiences. In short, I would highly recommend you not to use them unless you have no options otherwise.
1. They are always (without a fail) late to pick up. That means if you want to get picked up at 8 am you had better tell them 7:30 am so that they’d be on time for 8.
2. The customer is always wrong. If they pick you up at the wrong level of newark airport despite you confirming pick up location with them twice, it’s your fault!
3. Be prepared to get yelled at. Remember how they made a mistake? Well, the minute you stepped in the car, they will start a tirade about how long they had to wait for you at the airport. Why did your flight get delayed?
In terms of pricing, they are not the cheapest. In terms of car quality, they are not the best. I could not think of any reason why you would use their service unless you are a masochist.

I wish I had read the review here. I would give 0 stars if I can. Horrible experience. I took the service from jersey city to Newark and had made reservation in advanced which she quoted me a shared service of $ 20 per person. First, Sally was late and rude. Second, she wanted to go around and pick up more customers even though there wasn’t any reservation. Third, the Ac is not working properly. Forth, when arrived, she asked for$ 25 plus tips. It’s ok if she quote me $ 25 from the beginning but this is totally dishonest.

The best example of bad bad bad service.
Booked a shuttle from lga to jersey city, got a cab from other company which arrived 3 hours late. Would never pickup the phone, then ask to 65 $ for what was to be charged 35 – 40 $.
Very rude person does not know how to talk to females and don’t think they have any concept of customer service.
If u are reading this, do not book them, it would be real bad experience for you.

This company is terrible. I called for an early morning pick up and received a text confirmation that they will come pick me up. NO SHOW. I tried calling, but mail box was full. I texted them, no reply. Horrible Horrible… think twice before calling them.

Driver turned up on time, was polite, took no toll route to Newark and charged agreed price.
