Amazing service. Had a flat tire at 7pm came in at 7:30. They close at 8pm and were able to change my tire. The last thing I wanted to do was leave my car overnight and they made it happen.

The place sucks had to get a simple tire fixed a flat and they couldn’t handle it. No wonder why they are all going out of business

Made an appointment to get 2 tires mounted & balanced since I was quoted 30 $ on the phone when I called.
When I came in, the associate named Nolan rang me up and insisted that I had run-​flats so it was an additional cost. After confirming with my tire dealer, and my knowledge, the tires were not run-​flats. After a debate with Nolan, he flat out said ‘My guys won’t install your tires unless they are run-​flats since you don’t have a spare’ and I DO HAVE A SPARE. He said ‘No you dont, system says you don’t havs it.’ How are you going to tell me if I do or do not have a spare or not? I own the car.
After further debate, the additional cost was taken off. Now from my knowledge having run-​flats is the preference of the owner, not PepBoys. I’m pretty sure they were trying to screw me over since I am a ‘girl’.
Will not be returning to this location event though is closer to my house. I’ll pay the additional cost to go to a trusting company elsewhere.
