History
Established in 2011.
Orange and Olive Caterers was born out of a desire to bring the fresh, modern cuisine of American restaurants to the catering world. We strive to provide the best hospitality, and event you’ve ever had or been to. By using cutting edge techniques and the best ingredients our team brings new and innovative ideas to the catering world. If you can dream it, we can do it, and will strive to accomplish nothing short of perfection.
Meet the Business Owner
Sam F.
Business Owner
Sam started catering at the age of 14. After all sorts of crazy events and experience he decided to go on to The Culinary Institute of America. Before leaving he travelled through Europe for 1 month on an exotic tour of all things culinary. It deeply influenced him and his passion for food. During his studies he trained under some of NYC’s top chefs including Julian Alonzo of Brasserie 8 ½. After graduating in the top of his class, he went on to help open and run Tula Restaurant and Lounge, In New Brunswick, NJ. Sam continues to consult and work on many different projects throughout New York and New Jersey. Through his continued travels Sam brings back new flavors and ideas from all over the world. Sam holds a degree in culinary management from The Culinary Institute of America.
