Great place for Chinese Food. Quality is good, service is quick, prices very reasonable. Steamed Pork Dumplings are excellent. Can even sit down at a clean table with plenty of space if you cared to eat at the store. I recommend eating here if wanting Chinese in Jersey City, NJ.

Their food is good and their delivery is quick. My favorite dishes are the sesame chicken w/brown rice and also their shrimp and broccoli. Very tasty if you order the right dish.

Good solid Chinese food. Delivery took over an hour even though we were told 45 minutes, but it was Saturday night so to be expected. Chicken and broccoli was good. Wife had garlic chicken and shrimp, was a bit light in meat but still good. Fried rice was that yellow rice that’s sometimes a bit dry. We prefer the brown fried rice. Prices and serving size is a positive.

This is my spot for chinese in the hood. Shrimp W/brocolli and shrimp fried rice is so good. Ask for extra brown sauce.

Best Chinese food in the area. Food’s always hot, Owners always stay 5 – 6 hours after closing to make sure everything is clean.

Tried this place after seeing all the Unilocal reviews. Have been back a few times for take-out. Each time, the orders were filled quickly and efficiently. As others have mentioned, the staff is really friendly and if you don’t call in advance, they work hard to make sure you don’t wait too long. The food is good. It’s typical Chinese-American fare. I appreciate that many of the entrees are offered in small, medium, and large sizes instead of just pints and quarts. The egg rolls are good, as are the dumplings, which have that typical thicker Chinese-American restaurant skin. However, they were well made and not falling apart, which is sadly too common at other places. Steamed chicken and broccoli was well done(not a difficult dish to mess up). Wasn’t the biggest fan of the General Tso’s, sadly, which was a little too sweet and not spicy enough for my liking. Fried rice was tasty and didn’t require any soy sauce, which I usually have to do because it’s generally super bland. Credit card minimum is really reasonable($ 5 or $ 7, I forget). I only wish they had scallion pancakes on the menu… maybe it is a secret non-menu item? *remains hopeful*

Worst Chinese food I have ever had ! So sad, because reading the reviews made me excited to try it. What a disappointment ! I’m only giving it two stars because it was hot, and the person who took my order was nice, but never again.

Great chinese food and the people are always friendly. Great potions, love their chicken wings(ask for extra crispy). My sister who lives in Hoboken even raves about it! This restaurant never let’s you down.

Good food! Got lunch here, and it was affordable, reasonably fast and, most importantly, tasted very good! I got the sesame chicken. It was a little weird since i never had pieces that big for sesame chicken but it was good.

I think this is my favorite Chinese restaurant. All food comes delicious and hot when delivered. Have some patience ordering it on the phone. Depending on who picks up, their English can be very limited.

The best Chinese food restaurant in jersey city. I have been ordering from this place for 12 years. Always fresh and great portions of food. The couple running the restaurant are absolute sweet hearts and love there customers. Prices are excellent and restaurant is very clean. They accept credit!!!

Been ordering from our favorite Chinese spot at work for years now(usually Mondays) my friend on the phone knows us well. She’s very nice and they are always accommodating to little requests that is a huge plus. The food arrives when promised which is usually within 45 minutes and tastes great! If you’re a vegetarian no problem! Try the Steamed Broccoli and Snow peas with vegetable fried rice and their vegetable dumpling are delicious! $ 5 for 8 tasty dumplings! Will continue to order from Peking #1 for as long as we are here

As a broke college student, Peking’s lunch specials were the most food I could get for $ 5; so much that one order could often be my lunch AND dinner. Their dishes have always been tasty and the staff have always been courteous. If you plan on eating there, make sure to avoid the lunch rush(only 3 tables) and have your meal packaged to go(their plastic lunch trays are pretty sticky).

The service is great and the prices are a little cheaper then other Chinese places. I like the way their dishes taste as well. Why only 3 stars? Because in the end it’s still Chinese fast food. ;)
