The level of incompetency this company has is unreal. They do not get back to you and leave items pending for several months. They are rude and unprofessional. They will try to pull a fast one on you whenever they can. All in all, this is quite literally the worst building management you will come across.

Update:
Found 2 roaches at home this week alone. I keep my house super clean yet they are still coming from some hoarder apartment close to mine I think. They do nothing about it. They also don’t care about noise complaints. For some reason pets are not allowed but it’s ok for my neighbors to pop out children constantly that leave food all over the stairs and make noise at all times. I cannot wait to get out of here!!!
