Stay away from the dental clinic even someone who works there told me to file a complaint. They dont do anything on the visits and they bill for it such as cleanings and xrays the dentists are all rude and incompetent especially the indian woman dentist she was in such a rush to go to lunch she turned my appointment into an emergency appointment just so she can refer me elsewhere and didnt have to do any work herself but yet she is getting paid for it and she told my daughter that she had 8 cavities which was a lie because she didnt even xray my daughter and when I took my daughter to a different dentist that wasnt the case. Also the asian dentist is another one who bills for procedures that were never done she billed for xrays and cleaning for my son those things were never done. Those dentists stretch out the appointments as much as possible and want ppl to keep coming back so they can keep getting paid. This place should be shut down they are scamming the insurance companies and an employee mentioned the same thing to me on my first and last appointment at this place.

Alright, now I understand the negative reviews. My son had an appointment at 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:30 and I waited to be seen. The doctor officially saw my son at 8:20pm. Then tells to wait more for his school note, prescription, & referral. I just took the note and left. Their staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t even apologize for the patients that do have appointments. I understand it’s been a long day, but it’s not fair to be treated that way.

The dental clinic here is useless I took my son here because he had a toothache he was in pain hes young and the dentist turned him away like his pain meant nothing she told me to go buy motrin and that was it and I was so upset i became irate and started to cry and then another dentist came in and they helped my son because they know they were wrong. I won’t return to this place I will find my son a dentist who cares about their patients not these evil uncaring cruel ppl. Stay away from this clinic they are all disgusting.

I don’t like this place. To me, many employees here act/​look as if they would rather be somewhere else. When it comes to appointments, I don’t see the point, because I end up having to wait an hour or two (or more) just for a routine check-​up. I am pregnant, and so I go upstairs (level two) to see my doctor. It’s intimidating to go up there, because there is a particular woman at the front desk who seems very cold and always in a rush. Also, rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare; no one answers their direct extension, and the front desk is almost unwilling to reschedule (since she says she is too busy and doesn’t take care of level two patients?). Overall, this place isn’t friendly and they take too long. I am looking at changing centers.

Worst clinic.
They will be rude and unhelpful.
They will misplace blood work.
Please if you are pregnant for the love of your baby go elsewhere.

Maybe it was going at night, when it wasn’t busy.
Maybe it was my way of being. In any case I felt respected, honored and very much taken care of.
For those of us — currently dealing with somewhat limited resources– this is a blessing.

I like a dislike this place, I don’t c the point in having a front desk person if u can get thur to some, thank god for the medical assistant in my child doctor off I get right thur. When I comes to sitting there for hours that’s only sometimes at check ins n depends on wat day u go. Apart from that I absolutely love my kids doctor dr. murray she live Kidman always give the best to my kids as her patients n as a mom too, if ur looking for a good doctor for ur child she’s the best.

worse place ever! if you have an appointment make sure you show up 3 hours early, and you’ll spend total of 5 hours + waste of time, everyone there is very slow and useless, workers just wait for a break so they can get out of there…

This place is the worst, they give you appointments and you always end up seeing the doctor 4 – 5 hours later. But then if you are five minutes late for an appointment then you have to reschedule!
