The facility itself is adjacent to a medical training type of school, so I think a majority of the staff are fresh graduates who have not really learned medical professionalism.
I was with someone else so when it was their turn to be called, I was shocked at what the lab technician believed was professional. She exited the reception area, walked into a room, and yelled my significant other’s name. He wasn’t sure of where to go, so she more aggressively shouted his name again and said, «Over here!» What happened to greeting someone and leading them to a room? Strike one.
Concerning the actual tests, they basically tested my male significant other for pregnancy. He had to go to another lab to receive the correct testing. Finally, they let his time-​sensitive sample wait in a Bio-​Hazard Bin too long, thus ruining the sample. Strike two. And three.
This facility will not be receiving our patronage again, unfortunately!

Crowded.
Long wait even if you have an appointment.
Unfriendly receptionist.
Coughing, puking, groaning patients spilling out of the waiting room.
Phlebotomist used poor hygiene techniques…
Go ANYWHERE else!
