We have been an industry leader in property maintenance for 18 years — servicing condo associations in Hoboken, Jersey City, Union City & Bayonne. We currently work with private owners, condo associations & management companies and are their unambiguous decision for their most prominent properties. At the time I started Hudson Building Services, I was the president of a 35 unit condo association located in Jersey City, NJ. As the president, I had many responsibilities — one of them being the general upkeep of the building. Things always started off fine but the quality and reliability would always decline. Scheduled cleanings would get skipped, light bulbs would go unchanged — lots of excuses were made. I had to replace numerous companies over a short period of time.

Fed up with unreliable service providers and realizing the need in the marketplace, I decided to start my own maintenance company. The little company that was started through necessity, spread across the community like wildfire by word of mouth. Eighteen years later, I am now the most première maintenance service, providing quality service to over ninety properties in Hudson County. I still own and operate Hudson Building Services, along with the help of my three sons Steven, Michael & Jonathan.
