I have been bringing my daughter to Gymboree since she was about 6 months old. She loves it! We now typically go to a drop in class /​open gym here and there since I never know when we may be able to attend. Gymboree is also great for a rainy day when we can’t make it to the park. The staff is great and they are always accommodating.

This place is great, you can get the most of it if you also go to the open gyms. The staff are all friendly and we’ve been taking our son since he was 6months. At 2.5years now he is an expert at the obstacles and has a blast there during the classes.

Kids have fun in this place. However, membership policies are not clear when you sign up and they automatically renew it without notification. And once I called to cancel, they refused to give me my money back.

My daughter was a member for 3 months. The instructors are ok, but they failed to notify us TWICE about cancelling classes for 1. bad weather, and 2. holiday. So, we went both times and wasted our time. The second time I asked for a cancellation of our service going forward because I was not satisfied. They told me their policy was 45 days advance cancellation. As a courtesy, they would charge me a 20% processing fee and return the rest of the money. How can they charge a processing fee if they can’t «process» a simple email to tell us they will not be open?
My daughter was happy there the times we did manage to go to class.
