Just like regular takeout, order online and the food arrives hot at your door within 1 hour. We use only organic produce & products and grass-​fed & pasture raised meats. We prove food can be full of flavor, hearty, and healthy without compromising taste. Our nutrient dense meals will fill you up without making you feel guilty. That is because we use the highest quality ingredients, sourcing local whenever possible and make you meals free of GMO’s, dairy, anti-​biotic, and gluten. Every ingredient in each meal is listed so you know exactly what you are putting in your body.

With Graze & Braise, we use all organic produce and ingredients as well as only grass-​fed and pasture raised meats and poultry. All of our meals are Paleo and Gluten-​Free never using refined oils. I have always been a purist when it comes to food and cooking. I have a strong belief that the best tasting foods start with the quality of the ingredients. Graze & Braise is an opportunity to share my passion of food with the health conscious consumer. I hope to prove that food can be just as enjoyable and delicious while following local and slow food practices. I don’t like to label my food as «health food» but as comfort food, that is healthy for you.
