One lady is nice, the other not so much. Twice they have used SAFETY PINS to hang my skirts. Not cheap skirts. Really??? The holes are still somewhat noticeable. Recently they just ruined another item of clothing, colors bled onto white and tassels ruined. I will be seeking compensation.

I don’t know why anyone hasn’t left commentary in awhile. This place is great, they are very friendly, their prices are competitive, and I’ve never had an issue with my clothes coming from there. Not to mention, they do organic cleaning!

Horrible customer service. Clothes lost all the time, including expensive items that seem to just disappear and the owner blames it on «the plant.» Gary, the owner, promises information, but does not take phone calls or return messages. Store employees always claim credit card machine is broken or out of paper. Employees also usually seem more concerned with watching tv, looking after kids or entertaining significant others than working. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other cleaners in the area. Plus, the window advertises other services — shoe repair, alterations, etc. — that they do not provide.

terrible customer service– had wedding gown dry cleaned– they lost my veil and told me that they would contact me when it turned up– 3 weeks later, no phone call– i decided to stop by– they handed me a veil– that they believed to be mine — they said there was no record of a veil with the dress– that was torn and refused to reimburse me
