my husband sent me an arrangement… it was the worst i have seen, lots of gaps where there should have been fruit and they didnt add the grapes, the heart shaped pineapples were hidden, you would think they would make them stand out and the chocolate cover strawberries were not placed as nice as they should… i have ordered many from different places but this store is the worst… the pic of what my husband ordered looks nothing like what i received… you charge way to much money for that.

I ordered 4 dipped fruit boxes online for PICKUP in Nov to give to my bosses for Xmas. 8:30AM pick, I show up to the store and it’s locked. Store hours are posted to open at 8AM. I knock, I ring the doorbell, I call and NOANSWER, but I SEE someone in the kitchen. So I start banging on the door hard and kicking. She rudely comes to open the door and asks my name, telling me the doorbell doesn’t work. And then tells me my order is not ready because the chocolate has to melt and literally WALKSAWAY. WTF!!! I follow her right into the kitchen and another woman comes out(manager) and gives me the same rude attitude that it’s not ready. I don’t get it. Its the week of Christmas! This is the time to get your orders in ONTIME, satisfy your customers and make your money!!. If the chocolate has to melt, then get your ass in the store at 7AM and have my order ready ONTIME. If not, at least call me! I showed up to work LATE and EMPTY handed. I called the headquarters, complained and cancelled my order entirely. A place like this does not deserve my business.

I ordered a huge arrangement about $ 79 and pay the 1399 for delivery for today for my mother’s birthday and I call because my email says that it’s out for delivery and it’s 6:30 p.m. when it should have have been delivered by 5 p.m. so I call the store and she tells me that my flower arrangement is sitting there I’m like what the f*** is it still doing there it should be delivered… she says I don’t know I don’t know. I told her call the manager. the manager said we call that number and nobody picked up n other number disconnected. you’re full of s***. My moms phone is on n working. My phone is on and working. if even if somebody didn’t pick up why didn’t you call me, you had my number and I would have told you f****** just deliver it you lazy piece of crap want my money back don’t ever come to this f****** store. I dont know what the hell they’re doing this place is shut down none of them should have a job here now they want to deliver it for tomorrow… who’s f****** birthday is tomorrow?

Great company! My mother ordered an arrangement not knowing we were going out of town. The driver, Nathan Butler understood the situation after i spoke with him and he took it upon himself to reschedule the delivery once we get back in town. Nathan B is a class act and if every company had the likes of him we would see a whole lot more 5 stars on these rating sites.

I’ve seen this through Unilocal,and got interested. So, I ordered a surprise 2 weeks before my boyfriend’s birthday. Believing that ordering in advance would be less trouble. On the delivery day, I always check the delivery status and it is «out for delivery» for more than 8 hours. And to my disappointment, they did not deliver it within the day! And one of the call center agent said they don’t guarantee the exact time which is fine but they guarantee a delivery within the day. I tried to call this branch many times, even i’m from overseas, but their phone is always busy. I had to bother many of their call center agents just to get the attention of this f*cking branch. They deliver it the next day, thanks to the agents, and guess what they forget the balloon and the delivery guy said that he did not know there is a balloon. Like, it’s on the receipt and I f*cking paid for it! Really really bad service! I am so so disappointed!!! I will never ever order from this branch again.

Very poor service! The person assisting my order was not pleasant and not at all accomodating. These people dont communicate with their deliveries at all. First of all the attendant completely ignored my basic requests. How does it function that way? Please avoid.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars! My brother is o er seas and placed an order for my moms birthday on 4÷9÷15 not knowing she would not be home all day. My mom and dad went to the store to pick up her arrangement and there it began; the cashier/sales associate told her that the dilivery guy still had her oder in the back of the truck, my parents ask if she could call the fuy and tell them they were on their way, so the furl said she would call him but why wouls they be there if it was delivery(in a very nasty & rude way). They guy told her that he called the lady(the lady was my mom, which was at the location with my dad) and that she had said to leave the arrangement on the porch! My parents tild the girl that he did not spek to my mom, that she was right next to him, and the phone the delivery guy«called» was the house phone and there was no one there, she told the guy and he said that next time he would eat the arrangements and hung up! My prents left and drove to their house, by JSQ, and 20 mins later they arrive at their home and to their surprise the arrangemet was inside their hallwat, in front of their door. The upstairs tenant had arrived from work and came across the arrangement on the flor of the porch and brought it in. WOW, how incredibly horrible of the delivery guy to make that move, anyone could have taken it or even done other stuff to it! Horrible cuatomer service all around from this branch!!!

I basically come here everyday ‘coz I need to get my treats fixed and it’s right nearby my house, but every time I came I felt I was stepping in a stranger’s house and being treated as coldly as the winter weather outside. I’m amazed how a salesperson of a store could ever keep a poker face all the time and every day like that. You don’t have to be welcoming and smiling all the time but at once or twice out of ten time couldn’t hurt right? Not even once even I said thank you and compliment things. Every time after I pay my stuff, I literately can’t wait for another second to get out of there.

I’m very pleased with the arrangement I received! My husband ordered it for our 20 year anniversary. It was a blast at my office when we received a huge arrangement with pineapples, strawberries, bananas dipped in chocolate and a bunch of other fruits. Thank you my dear hubby and you guys at Edible Arrangements in Jersey City for a great celebration we had at the office.

I understand yesterday was V-Day, but it’s unacceptable to have a customer wait 45mins to pick up and order that they placed 2 weeks in advance. I as well as everyone else in line was told they did not have our orders ready and that they didn’t even have all the materials(i.e. baloons, boxes, etc.) for our orders! All that was said was either wait or cancel your order! Awesome news, WAIT for your half assed order or go home empty handed! COMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLE! You’ve lost my business!
