Established in 2009.
For the past four year our staff at Early Learning Academy (ELA) provided a comprehensive educational foundation for the Jersey City toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten children. We nurture, love and add more knowledge to each child, and made friends. We helped parents to develop entire self of each child and allowed them to explore their inner talents. The children have been given the chance to develop lifelong traits; honesty, fairness, confidence, and responsibility. We teach children by utilizing various teaching styles to reach auditory, kinesthetic, or visual technique. We have incorporated technology in the classroom, providing children the chance to explore music and other extracurricular activities. The children develop their fine and gross motor skills through various projects and play.

Ela E. Manager
Ela has 25 years of experience working with young children. Her experience has been with many diverse cultures in India, Guyana, Trinidad, South Africa, Italy, Belarusa, Russia and Poland coordinating, volunteering her time in building, fixing and providing school supplies for orphanages. She has worked in a management position for over 22 years in both small, sole-proprietorship and large corporate companies. At Early Learning Academy, Ela implements the positive aspects of each of these endeavors. Ela has graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Professional Accounting degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ela’s hobbies include ballroom dancing, hiking, oil painting (many were auctioned at several fund raising events), and reading.
