E Z Car and Limousine

They use their iPhones as navigation and leave them in the cup holder three feet below the windshield of their SUVs… so never look at the road. Texting while driving is also rampant. If you have the nerve to complain about the safety issues and happen to be a woman, be prepared for an attack on your gender. Used them twice. Dispatcher was almost as bad as driver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

do not use this limo company. we paid for 2 suvs but they sent ! suv and a raggedy minivan. there were all women passengers and the lazy driver and did not help us load up the smelly van. the driver was not paying attention to the road and he constantly stepped on brakes harshly to stop for red lights causing my 80 year old mom was in the front seat to be jerked around due to his bad driving. he an old rude and miserable driver. it was not worth the money we spent. and i wish the tip was not included because he did not deserve a penny!

This is truly a horrible car service. I used them in the past and swore to never use them again because every time I was told that there were different charges by different drivers. I gave them another try only becAuse I wasn’t able to find a car on such short notice for a trip. First my driver didn’t help me with my bags which I was struggling with until promoted. He was eating his lunch while driving and and texting in his lap. He wasn’t paging attention to the road I had to tell him that lights had changed. Then once he started running late for his next fair he stared speeding and swerving through traffic. He wanted to run my card while still driving which I refused since it is illegal in ny to operate a phone while driving. When we got to my gate he tossed my luggage out face down on the curb. I did not feel safe riding in this car at all. I’d suggest using a different service

EZ Limousine (201−876−9500) is the absolute WORST. Be smart… DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!! They started off my Bermuda cruise badly. They also picked us up after the cruise, and going home was an even worse experience!!! First of all, we paid for a large SUV both ways and they sent a smaller minivan. They have a mandatory tipping policy, but our driver refused to load our bags into the vehicle even tho we were all women. The driver was also very rude and constantly used profanity when speaking to us. If I could give them a «negative 5-​Star» rating I would! Horror show!!!

One of the most unprofessional services. the driver always over charges than what is decided during the booking. they won’t have change and will take extra dollars… worst service and experience. rude service.

We are very dissappointed with the van service. It was a very OLD van. We sweated like crazy. The air-​condition system did not work well blowing mostly hot air. We even let the driver know to bring a different vehicle to pick us up or two cars and he returned with the same vehicle about 45 minutes late. The van did not even have any logo or anything to let police officers know it was transporting people. Calling it a «Club» Van was 100% misleading.. The inner ceiling panel of the van is removed not allowing for air to be transferred to the people in the middle or back of van. The only person that benefited from the AC was the driver. I would not recommend this company to any others.
