Dunkin’ Donuts

Customer service very poor to say the least. Was waiting for them to take my order through drive thru and I guess she forgot to press the button so I won’t hear, but I heard her talking and laughing with that seemed to be another employee, I can tell cause they were speaking Arabic I believe. Regardless once in the window she kept speaking to the other employee and taking her time doing the drinks I’ve ordered (non were marked). Overall bad place to go to, rather drive an extra 10 – 15 min and go to the one by 8^th st.

Afternoon cahier at drive through could be a little more sociable and considerate. No manners whatsoever.
This guy could really make your day miserable if you let him.

Used my dd perks card yesterday and did NOT get my iced coffee for 99 cents. Also did NOT get my iced tea for 99 cents. So whats that about. My friends were posting on FB they got theres for 99 cents.
Very disappointed DD will be posting the same comment on the receipt when I review.

If I could give it less I would. I love dunkin donuts iced coffee and wraps. However I go every day and this place can NEVER get an order right! My dumb fault for continuing to try. It’s just im New to bayonne and never had this problem in my old town! When you can’t take two coffee orders managers wake up! I never leave with what I order! I gave you guys six months or more to get it right. Same two coffee every day. Disappointment really. I’ll miss coffee :(

This is my favorite DD. I’ve been going here for about 12 years at least. Over the years they’ve made improvements in the way they handle the incredible volume that they get.
I really like most of the people who work here. I always receive good customer service, and I am treated well. The food is always done right. On the off chance that I’ve received the wrong coffee or item via the drive-​thru, they fix and refund immediately.
The food is standard DD food, but they always have a very large variety of the muffins, donuts, etc. The breakfast sandwiches are always done right, never burnt. I like that. The one near where I work manages to ruin everything. This place has everything down to a science.
When I walk inside they know what I want and make it without my even having to ask. That’s pretty good, considering the amount of people they see every morning! Teriaz, Gihan, Noha and the rest are all efficient.
Another plus: they have the lowest prices of any of the DDs in the area. The three in Bayonne are higher, and the ones near my job are much higher. A large coffee here is 2.02 (tax included).
