I can go into almost any franchise and get my order correct so nothing to be crazy about. Close to family’s place so it’s super convenient when I go see them. Just at the corner of the block. Could be 5 stars but their parking lot is a bit shady and small. Handicap spot is against a wall and no space to really swing out from unless you reverse out the lot into a sometimes busy Broadway st.

Can get a little crazy in the AM during schools days. It’s convenient in a sense that there aren’t any franchise coffee shops around unless you walk to Journal Sq. they have a parking lot but very tight about 6 spaces it’s a pain during school days. Say the least this DD works for me and they have a walk up window! Love it when I’m walking my dogs

I tried to go here before my morning commute today for the second time and found they were not yet open at 5:30 am even though the hours posted say they open at 4:30. The first time I tried to go here about a month ago it was a similar experience but the woman who works there had just arrived and was trying to open the store alone. She said she had car trouble and had to walk to work and the weather was bad that day so I sympathize and she was apologetic and kindly started brewing coffee right away so I could at least get coffee after waiting about 15 minutes but if I can’t count on a business to be open during their regular hours I will have to go elsewhere which sucks because this is a convenient location for me and I’d go more often if I wasn’t wary of the unreliable opening time. This was the second time, I don’t know if there will be a third. Maybe they are better later in the day?

I go to this Dunkin Donuts literally every week and never had a problem with my order or service. 1) The coffee is always on point. The food is pretty good and fresh, as far as DD goes. They are usually well stocked and varied, but sometimes they’re out of stock on some things especially by the end of the day, but that could be expected. There’s a school across the street, so it can get busy and maybe part of the reason they run out because everyone goes there at 3p. 2) The two women there are very friendly and efficient. Mayuri will greet me, ask me if I want my usual, and gets it started right away. And I see her do this often with other customers, so I can tell she really makes an effort to know her regulars. She holds conversations, asks about their families or lives indicating she remembers past interactions with them, and laughs and jokes around, too. I like this extra personal touch. And as far as timing, I’m generally in an out of that place in minutes, whether I order hot food or not.(Sometimes there are a couple guys working there too, and they’re nice, but not as quick or knowledgeable as the women.) 3) The place is clean and well kept. Small though, so they only have a couple tables for sitting. The also have a decently sized parking lot, so that’s definitely a plus. This is my favorite DD and would recommend it to others.

In my travels today I walked into this D&D only to find one unmotivated employee behind the counter with a line of customers literally going out the door. I finally ordered a small coffee with milk and one sugar. It tasted horrible, not even like coffee. I went back inside to return it, and the woman behind the counter asked if it wasn’t stong enough? I replied not only is it not«strong» enough but has a horrible taste. I couldn’t help but notice the pot she poured my «second» cup from looked transparent, it looked like the flush like when they run the machine through to clean it. I told her that, that isn’t coffee. She replied to me that I’m probably not used to there coffee and suggested I try a stronger blend… I’m in several different D&Ds everyday in my travels, i know what coffee tastes and looks like…

This is why this DD is not well liked: I told the lady THREETIMESPRETZELTWISTS because she kept saying cheese twist. The Doof still gave me that nasty cheese twist that I threw out. DAMMIDIOTS! The only reason I gave them one star I because of the dark roast. Wouldn’t be shocked if it had traces of Chem trails or something, smh.

Standard DD chain. Employees seem unmotivated and neglect giving you immediate attention even when you are the only one there waiting to order. Parking lot is a plus though and the coffee tastes the same as any other DD so focus less on the service and just get your coffee, food, etc and get going!

This location is horrible. They claim that you can’t get a breakfast combo with iced coffee. They charge you full price for all items. I go to other locations and they give you the discount. It’s only like $ 0.50 or something so its not a huge deal, but still… The worst part is that the people that work there are clearly not coffee drinkers. I ask for a little bit of milk in my coffee. It comes back white almost every time. I tell them I want a dab, a splash, the smallest amount of milk possible… they don’t get it. Also, they aren’t nice. The last time I went here I ordered two coffees and a breakfast sandwich from one worker and then a different one rang me up. I give her my credit card and she runs it. When the two coffees came back she told me she only knew about one and was all angry and rolling her eyes at me. Not my fault lady and not a big deal. Just run the card again. If you can go to a different location that’s close, do it. I recommend the one on bergen which is only a few blocks away —

It’s DD’s… nothing special. I just love it ‘cus it’s practically next door to my apt… I get to pick up coffee before I take off to work in the evening(I work nights, so coffee’s a REQUISITE for me!) …they’re super busy in the mornings. They have parking. They close early… like 8 or 9pm.
