Your Drink Should Do More For You.
Blend:
Our tea leaves come from a centuries-old, family owned and operated Tea Garden in the Indian Himalayas. Each blend is hand-crafted by our head tea engineer and enhanced with locally sourced, seasonal spices and ingredients. The end result is a refreshing beverage that’s in tune with what your body needs.
Brew:
High quality loose leaf White, Green, Oolong, and Black teas all come from the Camellia Sinensis plant which is processed by drying and/or fermenting. Water temperature and steep time are key. Water that is too hot could «burn» your White or Green leaves making the flavor bitter, while water that is not hot enough won’t give your Oolong, Black, or Herbal teas their trademark bolder brew.
Benefits:
Each type of tea leaf provides countless benefits to your body. From low caffeine and antioxidant filled White teas to higher caffeine and heart healthy Black teas, you can really find a leaf that works for you. Add sweet dried strawberries or spicy black peppercorns and you can still enjoy your favorite flavors, while experiencing the benefits of tea.
History
Established in 2013.
Do You Tea? started out in Hoboken, NJ as a «pop-up» shop by doing local farmers markets and festivals. We created our own loose leaf tea recipes and continue to grow and improve upon them!
Our loose leaf teas bag tins and gift sets can be found in several local shops and boutiques, while our blends have found their way into local cafes and salons.
With the opening of our Tea Bar at 942 Summit, we are now able to do custom blends on the spot, make cups of hot or iced teas, and weigh out loose leaf for you to take home or give as gifts. And we continue to grow, learn, and expand each day!

Business Owner
Kelley Scruby is the owner and mastermind by Do You Tea? All of our signature blend recipes are of her own creation and she has established relationships (direct connections) to tea gardens in both India and the U.S.
Being a Southerner her entire life (until about 5 years ago), living in New Jersey has presented her with the opportunity to share her love for tea and good old-fashioned Southern hospitality.
You can literally get a tea any way you want. Have it blended and sweetened (or not) to your taste and receive a smile and great conversation as it steeps.
