I love this store. My engagement ring, wedding bands, earrings, among other things are purchased in this store. Shaun is great and his staff is wonderful. Awesome customer service! We now live in DC and we still buy things from this store! I highly recommend!

So I purchased a $ 500.00 watch from this location, I asked for it to be engraved. Instead of them being upfront with me and letting me know in advance that it is best if they ship it out to be engraved by computer, they decide to just tell me ok and take it to the back. I wait the hr for it to be engraved I get back and the last word is smudged. The manager tells me this is because the person is doing it by hand so it heightens the possibility of error. OKAY so why wasn’t that mentioned before? I like things to be precise so I would have asked for it to be sent out, however I did not cause a scene I just allowed them to polish away the engraving that had been done, and have it done by the computer. I told the young lady I WANTED IT DONE IN SCRIPT although she suggested block because it was for a man (I never asked her what she thought).
***HERE’S WHERE I GET ANGRY. I am down to the last day for me to be able to pick up the watch, and guess what? It’s in block writing! Of course I am upset, because I have no time for you to fix it! She proceeds to lie and say someone tried to call and tell me script couldn’t be done (absolute lie) if so why wouldn’t the person try more than once, voicemail? I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM NOT TO RUSH, I WANTED IT RIGHT. I’m upset with the lack of courtesy toward the customer, if someone pays for something you DO NOT deliver them something else and say «this is what we have». You leave it up to the customer to decide.

Walked in here on Saturday around 11am was greeted promptly. Another lady asked if I needed help. I proceeded to tell her what I was looking for and she showed me some watches in the case. I asked her a few questions but she seemed preoccupied and I could tell her mind was elsewhere. She had no idea what she was selling me. Couldn’t tell me the name, model # or price of certain inventory. Completely unprofessional and Unknowledgeable. Stay away from his place. There are plenty of other jewelers to go to with better prices and better sales reps.

Super expensive place for watch repair or battery replacement. Not recommended. Charging double the price any other watch place would charge.

Took my watch to change the battery and for a small repair and was told it would take 30 minutes. Instead it took 1 ½ hours. Good job on watch though.

My favorite jeweler! Shaun is the best! Very creative with exceptional taste. He does custom jewelry that is innovative and something that you won’t see on other people.
