Coach Me Dave

I knew about dave and his work for a while before I decided the time was right to sit down and hear his insight on a few things that have been happening with me. I gave him a call and he gladly set up a time that worked for the both of us. It semeed like he had an answer for everything, and he did. Very clever and interesting ones at that. A few hours passed in no time and I felt a sort of clarity afterwards. Thanks Dave, I plan to talk again.

Dave’s abilities as a coach have helped me to grow. His questions and insights have shown me truths about myself as an individual, as well as how I show up in my relationships. Bottom line: I got what I wanted. I said to Dave I wanted to rebuild my life quickly after a divorce, and I got that. In record time. I am very thankful for having worked with Dave and what it provided in my life. He is someone I keep on my «rolodex» as someone to reach out to when a big decision comes in or when I see his coaching can help me breakthrough and accomplish new things.
I know Dave for a long time since when he did group coaching. It was great. It was very effective. People transformed long time but unworkable behaviors due to his straight and compassionate coaching. He listens to you. He sees what you cannot see by yourself at the moment and he ends up helping you open a door that you have a choice to go through or not.
One night, after a sudden separation, I was really heart broken and I needed some support to move on, rebuild. I liked that Dave did not take me as a customer right away. He first had a conversation to understand what I needed and to see if he could help me. He was clear about what he could provide me and what he was or was not willing to do. It was a memorable conversation. I signed up for coaching on that free, no strings attached 30 min to an hour conversation.
How does it work? You can meet him for an hour every week or you can have an hour phone conversation. He may give you some homework for the following week. You take action or think, do what you need to do in between calls. And things start to shift. You start to change how you see things, you start to see what is really going on and can take responsibility without blame. You can see the picture of where you are clearly.
As a strong leader, I can be tough with myself and others at times. I learned to have compassion for myself and others. I learned to see what I needed from a new relationship. I had tones of fun. I loved the process and I loved how it changed my thinking and consequently my actions.
Two months after my separation, I felt it was time to go out and enjoy meeting others. I started dating. I met lots of interesting people without any attachment. I signed my divorce agreement. Today, I have a new committed relationship and a great relationship with my ex. I bought my own place. I am happy and glowing. Dave helped me see how I could turn the toughest thing I’ve been through into one of the biggest opportunities in my life. And for that and much more, I am so grateful. Thank you Dave.

Dave is committed, honest, and willing to do what it takes to have you see the truth. He is direct and doesn’t beat around the bush. If you are looking for someone to cut straight through the crap and get to the core of an issue, he is your guy!
