I really like the layout of this store and staff is always friendly and willing to give you a bag to put your finds in.
I went here for the recent semi-​annual sale and they have a great selection of everything. Candles were my favorite!
Checkout was also very quick and efficient. For a Sunday, I barely had to wait in line.

Good customer service actually still exits! I have always received good service when I came here. The deals are pretty good as all other BBWs.
Word of advice wait for the Black Friday or semiannual sales. I feel the deals are the best then. When you purchase something you can use the receipt to leave feedback and receive a 10 $ coupon off 30 as well. Just read the bottom of any receipt for instructions. They have a decent section of men products as well, so do not be discouraged gentleman.

Going shopping on a black Friday can be a good or bad thing but this was a good decision because these people where helpful in everything i asked them.
Since most of there lotions have a stro scent, the sales person really helped me with picking and finding a lighter, cheaper lotions. Very good customer service

I was sent a promotion in my email however, when I got to the store they didn’t have the promotion there. In fact, they didn’t even know what I was talking about. When they called up the corporation, they were told the promotion was in selected stores but don’t know which ones. What the hell is the point of sending someone a promotion and not telling them where they can find it. People are useless and stupid here!
