Came on a Saturday and the menu was limited since this is a lunch spot according to the waitress. I had a Groupon for one appetizer, two entrees and 2 drinks. The appetizers are limited but the tostones with guacamole was delicious. The gauc was fresh and the tostones were really crunchy. I wanted to have the churrasco but there wasn’t any available. Instead I had the mini bandeja paisa which is similar to the regular bandeja with the exception of chorizo and avocado. Still it was very good and the hot sauce was very tangy. I love chicharron and they give you a nice portion. To drink I had a batido. Again because it was Saturday the drinks were limited as well. I had the guayaba but wanted maricuya. The mango was good but the best was the Mora. So good I had a second one to go. Recommended for lunch and not during the weekend. Also, I have to mention that I came here twice and they were closed. Had to contact Groupon to check if they were still in business.

I came in for lunch one Saturday and had the best Fried green plaintains with homemade guacamole(tostones con guacamole) that I had ever had. The service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was down to earth. Looking forward to coming back!

Came in here for a quick lunch between appointments. I didn’t sit and eat, and the place smelled fine. What I can talk about is the food though. Massive portion for a lunch. I only finished ¾ of the meal. I went with the chicken and rice. Packed with flavor. I probably won’t be back, as I’m rarely in the area often. I definitely suggest this spot for a quick and plentiful lunch.

I came in here on a whim, I didn’t even read the pine-sol review beforehand, and I did notice an odd smell. I didn’t think too much of it. I ordered arroz con pollo mixed w/plantains. While I was waiting, I did notice that the place definite needs a good scrub down, dirty mirrors, register, sticky menus, etc… But, the food that I ate was delicious. Really good. Moist, flavorful, cooked beautifully… Sooo, while I really probably wouldn’t seek out to come here because it was dirty, and that skeeves me, I wouldn’t mind having that delicious chicken dish again. One of the best arroz con pollo’s I’ve tasted. It didn’t make me sick so I guess that’s a good sign.

Disclosure: I didn’t actually eat there. For all I know it’s a great place. I was looking for a place to have lunch at a little past noon on a Tuesday. Went in here and the place REEKED of something. Smelled like the place was soaked in pine sol. I walked right back out without even looking at the menu.
