Parking can be tricky, but it’s a small price to pay for such awesome care.

Wow! What a great place. Very clean and very good therapists. They are always friendly and welcoming and accommodating I recommend this PT to anyone that needs it!

I came in barely walking in March with a herniated disc, and left in June confident and with 80% of the feeling back in my leg. Small place and awesome folks. There is a comforting vibe in there that’s between a private doctor’s office and local spa. Everyone is very organized and able to help answer any questions you have. There’s a great view of Jersey City and NYC across the water that adds a sunny disposition to your sessions.
PT Jen is wonderful. She’s got a passion for her job which carries over to her staff. The desk ladies help around the office with lil things from bringing heat pads, to changing the radio station. Everyone is friendly and responsive, and check in on you as if they can sense when you need them. Jen juggles a busy morning so well, everyone gets her full attention, and she never looks stressed. She’s got a mommy vibe mixed with a coach vibe, and when you gradually get better, she’s just as happy as you.
I’ve had one session with PT Josef, and he’s great too, nurturing, and professional, and seems genuinely excited about helping people in various aspects. I attended a fundraiser boxing event he organized that provided scholarships as well as charity.
I’ve come in at all stages of my pain, from grumpy to depressed to angry to encouraged, and there is always a smile, an adjustment, a challenge, a well-​timed heated pad, and a supportive conversation.
I can’t say anything bad about the place, except I wish the bathroom was inside the office, but then that’s not their fault, it’s the old building architecture.
My next step is surgery, but I’m better off having had therapy first. I’ve learned about my body, how to strengthen my core, exercises to do after surgery, and I’m able to walk into this surgery knowing all I need to know for a better recovery.

The staff is awesome, the facility is clean and Dr Josef is a master at his craft.
Parking can be tricky, but there is a parking deck nearby and they validate so no meter watching.
