I needed to ship something and asked if their rates were the same as UPS. They said yes. They lied. They charged me $ 53.76 for shipping and insurance while UPS would have charged $ 31.11. When I called to seek some reimbursement, the response was our costs are higher than UPS so we have to charge (a lot!) more. Never mind that they lied. And the manager wouldn’t forward the message to the owner to discuss with me.

This is not my usual UPS store that I go to I happen to be in the area and needed to drop off a package.
The staff were friendly and helpful,
Since all I ever do is simply drop off prepaid packages, I am in and out in less than 1 minute.
Great store and location.
Only negative is that it is in a busy shopping center, And parking can take a little while sometimes.

BAYSIDE HILLS, NY
I had something bound there but they were out of clear covers so they promised a black front cover with a cut out for the title page. The cut out was sloppy and crooked with the razor slash going into the cover.
Second binding experience was worse. The guy bound it on the wrong side and said «that’s what happens when it’s a rush job.» No apology. These are franchises so I will probably frequent another one but never this one.
This place is full of incompetents.
